We help rejuvenated older neighborhoods by purchasing and fixing up   these older houses,  bring them up current code standard and by updating the electrical, flooring, kitchens, baths and bed room to modern standards. We then put the house on the market for sale via a  fair market Lease and provide a separate purchase option to acquire the house. We then help our tenant fix or acquire credit so that they will be able to qualify for a loan. We also help them find loan programs that match their specific credit situation. While renting the house we can also provide them with a program to build their down payment and or lower the purchase price of the house by offering them credits for improvement they do to the house.  We currently have over ten years experience at buying , renting and selling properties.
