The arrangement allow you to  move in immediately, start improving or fixing your credit problems while living in the house of your dreams. You will not be paying inflated rent. An the house will be sold to you at fair market value. A portion of your rental payments can go toward the purchase of the house either as a credit off the purchase price or as a part of the deposit need to go to closing. We also help you understand and fix your credit and help you finding special mortgage programs which can get you financed even if you have bruised credit.
